1. Check Your Internet Connection: Your device requires a stable internet connection with at least 5 mbps for HD streaming. You can check your internet speed using an app like Speedtest.

9. Factory Reset: Sometimes your device needs a factory reset to bring it back to a functioning state. You can usually find this option in your device's settings.
