You have a three (3) day window from the date of your initial purchase to request a refund.

**Eligibility for Refund:**

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Your request must be submitted within the three (3) day refund period.

2. The reason for your refund request must be a technical issue or service disruption that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.

**Non-Eligibility for Refund:**

2. You have shared your account credentials.

**Refund Processing:**
